As a Life Care Community, Harrogate provides our residents with access to a full continuum of health care services. All services are designed to meet the needs of each individual and are conveniently located right on campus. For couples, this means if you each need a different level of care, you can still stay together in the same community.
- Assistance in Living Support: For residents who need support with activities of daily living, we connect them with home health care services through trusted, licensed, and accredited agencies.
- Long-Term Skilled Nursing: For residents who’s advancing health care needs require round the clock medical oversight, we have Long-Term Skilled Nursing. This neighborhood within our community still has activities and fine dining, but they also have a care team in place 24/7. Our Skilled Nursing care team is also specially trained to address memory care issues, so all aspects of the resident’s wellbeing are supported.
- Short-Term Rehabilitation: For individuals who are recovering from an illness or surgery, a stay in our Short-Term Rehabilitation neighborhood is recommended. We help you build your strength and regain your stamina so you can safely return to your home to live independently.
5-Star Quality Care
Our Health Center has a 5-Star Rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. We are the ONLY Skilled Nursing neighborhood in Ocean County with 5 Stars across the board in health inspections, staffing, and quality measures. There are only eight communities in all of New Jersey that have achieved this 5-Star Rating in all three areas.
